Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Pawan Hospital Blood Centre

Anangpuria School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ASPS) proudly organized a Blood Donation Camp on the occasion of Thalassemia Day, in collaboration with Pawan Hospital Blood Centre, where an overwhelming response led to the collection of 150 units of blood. The initiative aimed to create awareness about Thalassemia, a genetic blood disorder that requires regular blood transfusions for patient survival, and to highlight the critical importance of voluntary blood donation in saving countless lives. Faculty members, staff, and students of ASPS came forward with great enthusiasm to contribute towards this noble cause, reflecting their sense of social responsibility and compassion. Such camps not only encourage the spirit of giving but also help in ensuring a steady supply of safe blood for patients in need. Specialized Training Session on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

Anangpuria School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ASPS) organized a specialized training session on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) for the students of B. Pharmacy 7th semester. The session was conducted by Dr. Pushpender, Scientist from Arbro Pharmaceuticals, who shared his rich industrial expertise with the students.

HPLC is one of the most widely used analytical techniques in the pharmaceutical industry for drug analysis, quality control, and research. The training provided students with both theoretical insights and practical exposure, helping them understand its working principles, applications in drug development, and importance in ensuring safety, efficacy, and quality of medicines.

Expert Talk on Doctor’s Day(2.7.2025)

On the occasion of Doctors’ Day, Anangpuria School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ASPS) organized a special session to honor the invaluable contribution of doctors to society. To mark the day, Dr. Sumanth Gupta, Head of the Cancer Department, Metro Hospital, Faridabad, was invited to deliver an expert talk on Cancer Awareness for the students of B. Pharmacy 7th semester. Dr. Gupta shared deep insights on the causes, early detection, prevention, and modern treatment approaches for cancer, while also emphasizing the importance of lifestyle modifications and awareness in reducing cancer risks. The session proved to be highly informative and interactive, encouraging students to understand their future role as pharmacists in supporting cancer care and patient counseling. On 2nd July 2025, Anangpuria School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ASPS) successfully organized a Campus Placement Drive in collaboration with Adsilla Organics Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the pharmaceutical and chemical sector. Anangpuria School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (ASPS) successfully organized a Campus Placement Drive on 18th June 2025 for the students of B. Pharmacy 7th semester. The drive was conducted in collaboration with Mitra Industries Pvt. Ltd., a reputed name in the pharmaceutical sector known for its commitment to quality and innovation.
