
Guest Lecture on Linux & Containerization (Docker)
This guest lecture was conducted by our esteemed alumnus Mr. Sumit Kumar, a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of industry experience on 12 September 2025. The seminar aimed to provide students with a strong foundation in Linux and hands-on exposure to containerization using Docker.
The program was conducted in two interactive batches, benefiting around 240 students from CSE, IT, and BCA-DS departments. The session combined theoretical concepts with practical demonstrations, enabling students to understand industry-relevant tools and workflows.
The seminar successfully enhanced students’ s technical knowledge and practical skills. It also strengthened alumni–institution engagement and inspired students to pursue excellence in modern computing technologies.

Seminar on Personality Development Program
On 10 September 2025 ASMT, in association with the International School of Business & Media (ISB&M), Pune, organized a one-day Personality Development Program focusing on the theme “College to Corporate”. The program was designed to prepare final-year students for professional life by enhancing their soft skills and workplace readiness. Prof. Siddharth Joshi highlighted the features self-awareness and confidence building, body language and professional etiquette, goal setting and time management and problem solving and conflict management.
Students from BBA, BCA, and B.Tech (CSE & IT) streams actively participated in the seminar, which covered essential aspects of professional growth and communication.
The program significantly contributed to students’ personality enhancement, decision-making abilities, team-building skills, and awareness of corporate expectations.

Internship Drive – CodeSquadz
The Computer Science & Engineering Department successfully organized an Internship Drive on 16 October 2025 (Online Assessment) & 29 October 2025 (GD & Technical Interview) in collaboration with CodeSquadz(A Venture of AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd.), Noida to provide final-year students with hands-on industry exposure and career opportunities. The drive aimed to strengthen institute–industry interaction and prepare students for real-world professional challenges.
A total of 90 eligible students participated in the selection process, which included a Pre-Placement Talk, an online aptitude assessment, followed by group discussion and technical interviews. The process was conducted smoothly with active faculty coordination.
The drive proved to be a success, offering valuable internship opportunities and reinforcing ASMT’s commitment to student employability and industry readiness.

The Department of Computer Science & Engineering organized the QSpiders Internship Drive on 9th and 15th October 2025, providing valuable industry exposure and career opportunities to final-year students.
