Other Committees


The scope of education is always expanding. Therefore sincere efforts are needed to ensure that high quality and standards do reflect in all the academic pursuits. Hence this Committee has been specifically constituted to look into various aspects of teaching and to enhance the professional knowledge of the students and also the expertise of all the teaching faculty members.


The main objective of this committee is to audit the academic performance of the students by evaluating:

  • The attendance of students
  • Weekly test/ house examination
  • Assignments, workshops, and seminars
  • Innovative academic practices
  • Remedial measures for weak students like extra classes, tutorials, and their implementation

Preparation of course plan/ file which will contain lesson plan, sessional papers, academic plan etc. by the teaching faculty.


  • Every Institute shall have to submit their observation in writing to the Director.
  • The members of the Committee shall meet at least once in a month.


The Extra & Co-curricular Activities Committee is formed to provide healthy extra-curricular activities so that students can have balanced development and performance in different aspects.


  • To organize zonal/ Inter-zonal youth festivals as and when entrusted by the affiliating university.
  • To organize and regulate Youth Welfare Programmes as well as youth leadership training camps including youth travel, hikes mountaineering camps, educational and cultural tours etc.
  • To provide a workshop and hobbies center.
  • To take up other projects(s) for the welfare of the students.


  • Minimum Four “04” students (2 Girls & 2 Boys) of the final year may be nominated by each Institute.


There shall be a Purchase Committee for dealing with the purchases for the Institutes.


To timely anticipate the requirements estimation of demand, purchase & maintenance of adequate stock for a reasonable period. The necessary elements are required to be built in the purchasing system.

To procure materials economically at a cost consistent with the quality and service required.

To finalize rate contracts in respect of such items which are frequently needed by the Institutes.

To maintain transparency, competitiveness, fairness and eliminate arbitrariness in purchases.

To develop and maintain a good buyer-seller relationship.


The industry today seeks not just knowledgeable workers, but action-oriented leaders who adapt to changing situations with ease. Sports among other activities play a significant role in developing leadership qualities in the youth and for the same purpose, the infrastructure has been designated with exceptional facilities for sports at B. S. Anangpuria Educational Institutes.


  • To organize and regulate sports activities within the campus.
  • To promote the best type of sportsmanship and team spirit among the students of the Institutes.
  • To conduct Annual Tournaments in various sports events for men and women students of the Institutes in accordance with the rules specially made in this connection by the competent authority.
  • To foster a corporate spirit among the institutes and for that purpose to organize and manage Institutes’ sports.
  • To develop Inter-College/ University fellowship by organizing or taking part in Inter-College, University level, Inter-University contests/ state tournaments and National tournaments.


The examination Council has been constituted to make arrangements for the smooth conduct of internal/ external examinations.
